User Impact & SDG alignment

ReFi Hub focuses on operating energy infrastructure that produces measurable environmental outcomes alongside cashflow. Impact is treated as a result of real-world activity, not as an abstract claim.

Measurable Energy Outcomes

All assets listed on ReFi Hub generate quantifiable outputs that can be measured and reported.

Core metrics typically include:

  • Electricity generated or delivered (kWh)

  • Asset uptime and utilization

  • Displacement of higher-emissions energy, where applicable

These same metrics underpin both operational reporting and impact assessment.

Solar and EV Infrastructure

Solar assets generate zero-emissions electricity through installed photovoltaic systems, displacing higher‑carbon grid power over long operating lifetimes.

EV charging assets support the shift to electric transport by delivering electricity to vehicles and enabling lower‑emissions mobility as utilization increases.

In both cases, impact is directly tied to energy delivered and real-world usage.

SDG Context

ReFi Hub’s asset focus aligns primarily with:

  • SDG 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy

  • SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure

  • SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities

  • SDG 13 – Climate Action

Alignment is achieved through deployed infrastructure and delivered energy, not through offsets or unverified claims.
