# Asset Selection & Due Diligence

ReFi Hub curates assets against specific criteria through a three-stage review process:

1. Business fundamentals - team credibility, operational history, and jurisdiction
2. Project analysis - financial projections, equipment specifications, and market benchmarking
3. Risk assessment - collateral verification, legal enforceability, and ongoing monitoring access

Each project undergoes structured review, independent performance and contract verification, and financial analysis before approval for listing.
