Fees on ReFi Hub

ReFi Hub charges a Platform Structuring Fee of 3% of the total capital raised, paid by the project operator upon successful close of a Funding Round. This covers due diligence, structuring, and onboarding.

A Platform Servicing Fee is automatically deducted from each Aggregate Payment by the smart contract prior to Yield distribution. The applicable rate is fixed and disclosed in full in the Token Sale and Investment Agreement for each project.

No performance-based or ad valorem fees are charged to Token Holders by ReFi Hub.
