Fees on ReFi Hub

ReFi Hub’s fees are structured to align incentives between the platform, asset operators, and investors.

• 10% performance fee on distributed cashflow

  ReFi Hub earns a share only when projects generate and distribute cashflow to investors.

• 2.5% listing fee (paid by the project)

  A one-time fee paid by the asset operator on capital raised during the initial listing. This covers due diligence, structuring and onboarding.

ReFi Hub is only compensated through asset performance and successful project execution.
