# How cashflow is defined

In ReFi Hub's core structure, Token Holder Yield is calculated on gross operating revenue generated by the asset. Operating and maintenance costs are borne by the project company and do not reduce Token Holder cashflow.

Some projects may use alternative structures with predefined cost deductions. The applicable model is disclosed at the project level, in the relevant Token Sale & Investment Agreement.

Cashflow reflects real-world usage and operations, and will vary over time in line with asset performance.<br>
