# What ReFi Hub does

ReFi Hub enables Token Holders to participate in solar infrastructure cashflow without sourcing, structuring, or managing assets themselves.

We do this by:

* selecting and onboarding operating solar assets
* providing the contractual and technical framework for funding rounds
* defining clear distribution terms within each Token Sale & Investment Agreement
* delivering transparent, on-chain reporting of production and Yield payments

ReFi Hub is solar infrastructure cashflow, accessed through modern on-chain rails.
