Investing in private ownership on ReFi Hub is simple:

1. Select a Business

Browse sustainability-focused businesses or infrastructure projects vetted for impact and profitability.

2. Invest for Revenue Share

Purchase Fractional Investment Tokens (FITs) to secure a share of the business’s revenue.

3. Track and Claim ROI

Monitor business performance on our platform and claim your share of revenue over time as it’s generated.

Example: Solar Plant Revenue Share

Description: You invest USDC into a Solar Plant. The plant generates energy and sells this to the grid. 15% of the revenue is directed to the solar plant for operating. As an investor (and owner of FITs) you receive a 85% of revenue. This cycle continues year on year, typically for 20-30 years.

Example: A solar plant raises $1M on ReFi Hub to sell energy to the grid. You invest $10K, representing 1% of the pool.

If the plant generates $200K annually, and 85% ($170K) is distributed to investors, your share yields $1,700 per year.

All yields are paid in USDC, providing you with a stable and secure investment.
