Troubleshooting

• If the page is stuck loading → Refresh the page.

• If still not working → do a hard refresh:

  • On Mac: Command + Shift + R

  • On Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R

• If still not working → clear cookies

  Clear cookies for the site:

  1. In your browser, click on the address bar (where app.refihub.io is shown).

  2. Look for an option like “Site settings” or “Cookies and site data” (sometimes under the three-dot menu or “🔒 padlock” icon).

  3. Delete the cookies for app.refihub.io.

  4. Reload the page.

• If still not working → share error with ReFi Hub

  • Right‑click anywhere on the page

  • Click “Inspect” or “Inspect Element”

  • In the panel that opens, click the “Console” tab

    • Once open:

      • Click the ⟲ Clear icon

      • Reproduce the issue

      • Select‑all and copy the console output to share with your account manager and the ReFi Hub team.
